I love Cajun food! It's flavor-packed, versatile, and easy to make! Let me tell you how I make my Cajun Shrimp. Based on this recipe, you can make all kinds of Cajun food - simply replace the shrimp with or add other proteins, such as clams, mussels, fish fillet, any other seafood, other kinds of meat or Tofu!

Ingredients:
1 LB shrimp
3~4 cloves garlic, minced
Optional: 1/2 cup chopped onion
Optional: 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper (or jalapeno, if you want some extra heat!)
Optional: 1/4 cup chopped scallion
Seasoning:
3 tablespoons Watson's Cajun Seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
Steps:
In a wok, or sauce pan, heat up the olive oil over medium high, add in minced garlic, and chopped onion/bell pepper/scallion (if desired), cook for 1~2 minutes.
Add Watson's Cajun Seasoning , and salt, stir and cook for another minute, then add 1 cup of water, bring to a boil.
Add the shrimp, cook for about 10 minutes or until done. Stir once or twice during cooking to make sure it's evenly cooked and flavored.
Serve!
